NOTE: If you do not contact us to arrange a late check in please do not attempt to call after hours, the after hours phone number is strictly for emergency purposes, your reservation will be canceled and if it was made direct with the hotel via our website or over the phone you may get some of your money back UNLESS the hotel was sold out that night. In this case you are responsible for 100% room and tax. Most online reservations through Expedia or Priceline are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please understand and agree to this policy before booking. YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED IF YOU GIVE US AN INVALID CREDIT CARD.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged, we required 24 hours advanced notice. No Refunds on first night deposit when cancellation is not made within the required time. If you pre-pay for a reservation and cancel within the allotted time frame a 4.9% refund processing fee will apply. 

Age requirement

Registered guest's must be 18 years of age or older.  ID required.

Children and family friendly 

Pet Policy

Dogs are allowed with a $15 nightly fee per pet per night. Maximum two pets per room with a total combined weight of 100LB's 

Undeclared pets discovered in the room will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee. Pets allowed only in select rooms. 

Smoking Policy

We are proud to provide a smoke-free environment. Our rooms are 100% smoke –free.

Excessive Cleaning/Damages Policy

An additional fee will be charged for guest rooms that require excessive cleaning or to repair damages to the room.
