Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged, we required 72 hour advanced notice on rooms and at least 10 days notice on cabins/kitchenettes.  No Refunds on first night deposit when cancellation is not made within the required time.  First night stay is charged when you make the reservation. 14 days notice of cancellation is required for holidays and special events such as Christmas Break, Spring Break and the week of 4th of July.  7 days notice is required for all other holiday periods resulting in a long holiday weekend.   

Age requirement

Registered guest(s) must be 21 years of age or older.  ID required.

Pet Policy

Four Seasons Lodge is pleased to offer pet friendly accommodations on selected rooms. We accept dogs only and they must weigh less than 50 pounds and there is a limit of two dogs per room.  Dogs must be on a leash when traveling to and from the outdoors and kenneled when left unattended in rooms. Owners must sign a policy agreement at check in and there is a nightly per pet fee. As the Pet owner, you will be fully responsible for any injuries to hotel employees or other hotel guests as well as repair or replacement of any stained or damaged items your pet may cause. Four Seasons Lodge reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for your room for any excessive cleaning or damages. Failure to disclose a pet will result in a minimum $100 charge.

Smoking Policy

We are proud to provide a smoke-free environment. Our rooms are 100% smoke –free.

Excessive Cleaning/Damages Policy

An additional fee will be charged for guest rooms that require excessive cleaning or to repair damages to the room.
