Pet Policy and Guidelines
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we’ve outlined our pet policies below. While the list may seem detailed, it’s designed to help us maintain a welcoming and clean environment for all current and future guests.
- Declare your pets: Please inform us of any pets accompanying you at the time of booking or prior to check-in. Unregistered pets found on the property may result in a cleaning fee of up to $500. Our property is monitored 24/7 via CCTV and on-site personnel.
- Pet fee: A fee of $20 per pet, per night will apply (not included in the published room rates). This fee will be requested through the app. Pets must be non-aggressive and safe.
- Restricted breeds: Due to insurance policies, the following breeds are not allowed: Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, and any Wolf Breed Mix. Guests found with these breeds will be asked to remove the pet or vacate the property.
- Noise control: To ensure all guests enjoy their stay, pets prone to loud barking or disruptive noises are not permitted.
- Pet limit: A maximum of two pets are allowed per unit.
- Furniture restrictions: Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. If needed, we’re happy to provide a dog-friendly bedding option made from unused comforters at no extra cost. Simply request this at check-in.
- Clean up: Any excessive pet hair or damage must be cleaned up before check-out. Should you need cleaning supplies, let us know via the app, and we’ll do our best to assist.
- Leashes required: All pets must remain on a leash while outside of your unit.
- Waste disposal: You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Designated areas for pet relief include the large hill in the northeast corner of the parking lot (between units 23 and 24) or the west end behind the staircase. Please avoid the grass and playground areas.
These guidelines help us maintain clean and comfortable accommodations for all guests, including those with allergies. Thank you for understanding and adhering to our pet policy!
Guest Behavior and Conduct
We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests. For this reason, the following behavior policies are strictly enforced:
- No parties or large gatherings: Parties, unruly behavior, and disturbances are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Guests causing significant disruptions may be evicted without a refund.
- Respect others: Treat fellow guests, shared spaces, and our staff with kindness and respect. Disrespectful behavior, including fighting, drunken misconduct, or discriminatory remarks, will not be tolerated.
- No drugs or smoking: Drug use is strictly prohibited, and any incidents will be reported to law enforcement. Smoking and vaping are banned inside all units in accordance with the Colorado Clean Indoor Act. Smoking is permitted 25 feet away from buildings or inside personal vehicles. For marijuana use, please do so in your vehicle and away from buildings.
- No firearms: Firearms are not permitted on the property.
Our goal is to maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for everyone. We appreciate your cooperation in making this possible!

Extenuating Circumstances
What qualifies as an extenuating circumstance?
- Government travel requirements: Unexpected changes in visa or passport regulations that prevent travel. Lost or expired documents are not included.
- Declared emergencies and epidemics: Government-declared emergencies, pandemics, or public health crises. Routine diseases or endemic conditions are excluded.
- Travel restrictions: Government-imposed restrictions that prohibit travel to or from the property. Non-binding advisories are excluded.
- Natural disasters: Large-scale disasters like hurricanes, wildfires, or significant utility outages. Foreseeable weather conditions are excluded.
- Unfortunately, personal issues such as illness, death of a relative or pet, flight changes, or changes in plans do not qualify under these terms. While we will do our best to accommodate, our cancellation policy remains in effect unless the above criteria are met.
Weather and Road Closure Policies
We understand that weather and road conditions can impact travel plans. While we cannot control the weather, we encourage you to check road conditions and plan ahead.
What happens if road closures prevent us from arriving?
In rare cases where all mountain passes are closed with no alternative routes, we will allow you to reschedule your stay. In this event, you will be charged the full booking amount, but we will issue a gift certificate for the same value, valid for one year, for you to rebook your stay.
